Installed new updated version of the PCS7 system, including virtualization of the engineering station, 5 operator stations to the VMware environment. Including the supply of thin clients of new operator stations. The entire replacement took place during sharp operation without shutting down the customer's technological equipment.
ROBOTIC MEMBRANE INSERTION + MES PRODIXI
Developing and commissioning of software for the SIEMENS S7/1500 control system. Using two Keyence digital cameras, a Mitsubishi SCARA robot guided by the function of automatic loading of membranes into test tubes for pharmaceutical operation. The camera system implements the correction of the robot's position before collection, after collection and before insertion, including evaluation of the correctness of the foundation. The requirement for the accuracy of the final insertion was less than 0.2 mm in diameter. Visualization platform SIEMENS WinCC Advanced + implementation of complete monitoring and recording of the loading process for each tube in MES PRODIXI.

The production line consists of 8 stations including two automatic screwing stations using a Mitsubishi robot. For these stations, SW for BECKHOFF TwinCAT3 PLC software was developed, including visualization, implementation of several Omron FH camera controls and label printing. Implementation of MES PRODIXI for data collection from all stations, production control of components for individual stations and refurbishment workplaces including administration and central label printing.

MES PRODIXI - PRODUCTION AND RESOURCES PLANNING
Implementation and delivery of MES PRODIXI production information system for the automotive customer. Watching more than 100 production lines on 50 large-screen LCD screens. Implementation web interface module for complex system management for more than 50 users. Use of InfoBoard application for displaying production data in customizable views and sequences on large panels. Implementation of simultaneous display of so-called non-production data (information from the department of quality, human resources) on the same facilities in common sequences with production views.
CHECKING THE SKODA CAR GLASS
The station provides automatic control of the installed glass on the already completed vehicle when passing through the vehicle. SIEMENS and KEYENCE systems were used.
PORSCHE PANAMERA PRODUCTION LINE REDUCTION
Complete rebuilding of the Porsche Panamera production line for batch production. Reduction of the entire line to two workplaces while maintaining all output controls and production control. Stations are controlled by SIEMENS PLC and TP operator panels are used to control and display results.

OMRON / KEYENCE
We have implemented several camera controls on various lines in the automotive industry. Camera systems from OMRON FQ2, FZ5 and KEYENCE series IV were used. We successfully implemented a DMC code reader replacement with the need to implement PROFIBUS / PROFINET converters using KEYENCE SR-1000.
PROJECT SIEMENS PCS7 - NUCLEAR POWERPLANT MOCHOVCE
We have successfully completed the phase of preparation of software equipment for diesel generator control of the third block. Subsequently, the FAT test was successfully performed with the end customer. The technology management is implemented by several redundant systems SIEMENS S7 / 400H including redundant OSS, WinCC visualization, communication with superior systems using IEC 60870.
COMPLETING THE PROJECT WITH DIESEL GENERATORS OF UNIT 1,2
We put into operation the last sixth diesel generator at the Slovak nuclear power plant Mochovce. All six diesel generator stations are in operation, providing backup power for Units 1 and 2. Controlled by redundant SIEMENS S7 / 400H + WinCC.

Creation of software for the management of two paintboxes. SW development and commissioning of the software PLC WAGO and the operator panel Weintek.
NEW MODELS FOR GENERAL MOTORS LINE
The modification of a whole production line for the new series of models. The completing line is controlled by one PLC Siemens WinAC RTX. For control and display results are used three operator panels TP and WinCC Flexible Runtime PC applications. Modifications included the removal of several stations from the line (remove technological and SW bonds).Label printing and data collection on the completion and results of final testing is done via a PC application. SW has been extended to double the number of models. Implementation of new operations (other assembly processes, controls, sequences of final testing, modification of label printing, data collection, etc.) and controls (2x camera, the presence of parts, etc.) involve software modifications in all stations including the complete change of the whole data structure of an RFID system for transmitting data between stations. Demands of making adjustments was increased by time-space outage (3 weeks), extensiveness of SW, using complicated software standard and SW commentaries in French.
PRODUCTION LINE OF MODIFIED BITUMEN
We have successfully completed the first commissioning phase of the control software of the line, which is intended for the preparation of modified bitumen. Technology controlled by the top automat from the series of programmable automats WAGO 758-875 using platform OS Linux with realtime extension, communication bus CANopen with a total range of 1,600 I/O signals. Replacement of the existing non-conforming software was implemented and revived in a record time of just 12 days.

COMPLEX PROJECT IN AUTOMOTIVE
We implemented software for controlling the final test stations including 60 camera tests and 2 robots UR5. Throughout the project, emphasis was placed on the minimum limit of current production. The whole completing link is controlled PLC Siemens WinAC RTX. For control and view of results is used ten operator panels TP series.

We have already made commissioning of the second dieselgenerator in a Slovak nuclear power station Mochovce Including the commissioning of diagnostic and monitoring workstation on the platform WinCC.
2-CHANNEL SMART CONVERTER DEPLOYED
We have completed the development of a customized module of intelligent communication interface. Two-channel solution of the specific communication at speeds of up 500MBbit/s with Ethernet interface ensures the system diagnostics of connected automotive components. Firmware of intelligent converter provides the communication sequence according to the selected recipe, used protocol and speed. Individual recipes are saved in the industrial PC. Choice of the recipe does higher-level control system of the production line. Diagnostics and detection of mistakes with datalogger functions ensure our developed application. The modul was successfully put on three production lines, where it communicates with Control system SIEMENS and OMRON.
